History

Michael is a 37 year resident of North Idaho, business owner, & seasoned real estate investor. He has established and operated two construction related businesses, WindowTechs & PropertySolutions since 1994. He is a graduate of CDA Sr. High School, North Idaho College, and also served on the City of Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission. Having owned multiple properties in North Idaho to date, Michael brings 30+ years of combined experience in real estate investment, business development, and specialized construction to the real estate industry. From negotiating bank owned properties to profitable pre-listing improvements, Michael has developed the expertise to offer exceptional results from start to finish. ”Attention to detail combined with excellent customer service” Michael claims, are his greatest assets.

When he cannot be found absorbed in daily business, you’ll most likely find him riding the trails of our beautiful surrounding mountains & lakes. He enjoys the exceptional quality of life North Idaho offers with his wife Terry of 30 years, 4 children, & 8 grandchildren. Michael currently maintains his active licensing and certifications for the State of Idaho Real Estate Sales, REALTOR, State of Idaho Contractors, AAMA InstallationMasters, & National LBP Renovation.
